Three things set the tone for every residential job we do. First, transparent pricing: we look at the work, we give you a written price, and that is the price. We do not charge by the hour and let the meter run, and we do not hit you with a change order because a job took longer than we guessed. Second, permits: Florida requires an electrical permit for panel changes, new circuits, generators, EV chargers, rewiring, pool and dock work and additions, and we pull one for every job that needs it.
