Three things set the tone for every residential job we do. First, transparent pricing: we look at the work, we give you a written price, and that is the price. We do not charge by the hour and let the meter run, and we do not hit you with a change order because a job took longer than we guessed. Second, permits: Florida requires an electrical permit for panel changes, new circuits, generators, EV chargers, rewiring, pool and dock work and additions, and we pull one for every job that needs it. An inspector's signature is independent proof the work is right, and unpermitted electrical work is a leading reason insurance claims are denied and home sales fall apart.
