Tenant Build-Outs and Commercial Remodels

Build-outs are where a commercial electrician earns a general contractor's trust. A new salon, restaurant, medical suite, office or retail space needs a complete electrical plan executed in sequence with framing, mechanical, plumbing, drywall and finishes, and the inspector needs to sign off at rough and final without a re-inspection that pushes the opening date.
